Guidance on filing a police report at the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau
- Prepare the supporting documents: Take copies or printouts, then sign and confirm each one.
- Zipmex statement of remaining assets (received via email)
- Copy of Royal Thai Police news forwarding Zipmex fraud case of 485 victims to DSI on December 20, 2023 (Get it here)
- Copy of your passport
- Withdrawal, deposit, or transfer transactions (if any)
- Walk-in to Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau during Mon.-Fri. 9AM-4PM. at Government Complex Chaengwattana, Building B, Floor 4, upon arrival, follow the signs to the Zipmex case filing area.
- Present the above documents to investigating officer.
- Don’t forget to get evidence of the report notification after the interrogation before returning home.
