The group will hold its first “Fight Zipmex Class Action Lawsuit” meeting with the objective of allowing victims to engage in open discussions and exchange opinions freely.
Sunday, April 28, 2567, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Meeting Room 1601, 16th Floor, S.E.C. Tower.
During the event, attendees had the opportunity to nominate or volunteer as representatives in court as “class action plaintiffs.” We were honored to have Mr. Veeraphat Pariyawong, a legal consultant for the CLASS ACTION lawsuit (STARK convertible bond case), providing insights, understanding, examples, and addressing questions related to the CLASS ACTION lawsuit.
There were also nominations for legal advisors by the victims or their recommendations. Discussions were held on funding the lawsuit and outlining the group’s strategy in fighting against Zipmex. This marks our first step. The Zipmex Joint Action Group invites all victims to join forces in filing lawsuits and seeking justice.
